Their Solo Series is their line of pre-designed, modular ADUs which are constructed using recycled, refinished shipping containers. Stylistically, their ADUs feature modern designs with paneled corten steel exteriors, timber decks, and modern interior finishes. While buyers don’t have the ability to customize the floor plans or structure of their Bay Modular ADU, they do have the option to specify interior and exterior finishes. Additionally, their ADUs come fully finished and standard finishes include quartz counter tops and energy star rated appliances though these elements can be customized or upgraded.

From a technical standpoint, Bay Modular offers turn-key services for their projects. With an in-house team of engineers, designers, and contractors certified within California, Bay Modular can handle almost all aspects of your ADU project including manufacturing, permit assistance, delivery, site work, and installation. The only services they do not offer are interior design and landscaping.
