Greenfab is a Seattle based architect and home builder that makes environmentally friendly, modern prefab and modular homes. What sets them apart is how they will manage every part of the home development process for their clients. This includes architecture, landscape design, general contracting, and manufacturing. They will even lead the land acquisition if you don’t already own the land through their network of real estate professionals.

Greenfab’s standard home plans range from 150 sqft cabins to 2700 sqft  4 bedroom homes. They have experience building to different environmentally friendly standards such as LEED and passive house. They also can build custom residential and multifamily homes.

Strengths:

  • Full stack - they can manage everything from land acquisition to design to general contracting

  • Environmentally friendly

  • Make off-grid and ADU models

  • Pricing - reasonable compared to other high end prefab home builders

Reasons they might not be for you

  • You don’t live in the pacific northwest

  • You want a predesigned home that’s larger than 2700 sqft
