Icon Legacy is a prefabricated, modular home manufacturer located in central Pennsylvania. From their Selinsgrove, PA headquarters they manufacture both pre-designed and custom homes that are available throughout the entire Eastern United States. Uniquely, Icon Legacy does not build the homes themselves but rather; they work with a large network of independent builders and operate as an off-site manufacturer of prefab home components. As a result the cost for a completed home from Icon Legacy can fluctuate depending on your area and chosen local builder. This does offer some flexibility however, buyers can work with their general contractor to determine the degree of finish in which their homes will arrive. Icon Legacy can ship homes 80-85% complete depending on the project. This would even include elements such as drywall, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing and electrical utilities.
While the pre-designed floor plans offered by Icon Legacy are largely traditional and come in styles such as capes, ranches, and chalets, they can also manufacture custom floor plans. For custom home plans, buyers can either work with Icon Legacy’s in house design staff or utilize a third party architect.
