Module Prices and Cost
Our price and cost estimates for a prefab home from Module range from $225 - $415 per square foot. Other than the cost of land, this estimate is all-inclusive and takes the cost of the home, delivery, installation, finishing, and site-work into account. It is worth noting that for each of Module’s four floor plans buyers can choose between three tiers of finishes. The “plus” and “select” options will result in costs per square foot at the upper end of our estimates but offer home buyers upgraded finishes and more robust project-specific engineering.
