Our price and cost estimates for a modular home from Stack Homes range from $361 to $745+ per square foot. These estimates are all inclusive for an ADU/ smaller-square footage home, which means that it includes the model cost, shipping and installation, site preparations, and when desired, select upgrades offered by Stack Homes.
To calculate our turn-key cost, we have included the model costs, which are provided by Stack Homes and range from $140,000 - $300,000. To that, we added typical shipping costs to their Western U.S. service area, which ranges from $9,000 - $17,000. Buyers outside of that area should consult Stack Homes regarding the availability and feasibility of shipping a modular home from Salt Lake City to their final location.
