Uncharted Tiny Homes is a Phoenix-based designer and manufacturer of tiny homes on wheels. They currently offer 9 pre-designed residential models, one off-road capable RV, and an office trailer. Additionally, buyers can either modify one of their existing designs or work with the Uncharted team to come up with a fully custom design (up to the street-legal dimensions of 50’ long and 11’ wide.
Uncharted Tiny Homes specialize in fully-mobile tiny houses. Their tiny homes are RVIA certified and are built on top of a towable trailer. Their current tiny house models range in size from 200 square foot houses with one sleeping area to larger tiny homes with 650 square feet of living space and 3-4 sleeping areas. While buyers are able to modify and personalize their houses, Uncharted’s past work often features a contemporary, modern farmhouse aesthetic.
Accommodations in their tiny houses range from model to model and can include residential-size bedrooms and sleeping lofts. Additionally, their homes come standard with appliances, finishes, and fixtures. When consulting with the Uncharted Tiny House team, buyers are able to select upgrades that they would be interested in such as a larger propane cooktop and furniture customizations. While Uncharted Tiny Homes typically has a waitlist of customers for their tiny houses, once construction begins, homes can be completed and ready for pickup or shipment in 2 - 3 months
