UpHomes Review
UpHomes is a new prefab modular home builder based out of New York. They build customizable homes using individual 250 sqft box modules that link in many different combinations. UpHomes collaborates with homeowners through the process of designing and planning the home, afterwards completing all delivery and final on-site installation. Currently, the company is building their first model home and fulfilling initial orders in Hudson Valley, New York.UpHomes is trying to fill the niche between high end custom modular homes and lower end modular homes.
Arranging the UpHomes modules in different layouts, customers can build units ranging from 500 sq ft to 2000+ sq ft. Added upgrades include smart appliances, high-end kitchens, or an integrated security system. UpHomes aesthetic is intentionally modern feeling with modules having boxy shapes and slanted roofs.
