Ma Modular - Marfa Review
Ma Modular Marfa Review, Cost, Floor Plans, and Photos
The Marfa is a pavilion home from Ma Modular. The model includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a covered deck, and a large courtyard. The spread out floor plan features 2,300 square feet of living space.
The Marfa’s exterior consists of fiber cement panels, painted stucco, and horizontal cedar siding. The flat seam metal roof’s overhang creates a covered porch as well as adding to the modern pavilion aesthetic. Sliding glass door walls and clerestory windows give the home an open feel, with lots of natural lighting coming in from the home’s shared courtyard. The standard interior comes with bamboo floors, maple or cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, Whirlpool appliances, tiling, and artistic electrical fixtures like West Elm globe lights.
Ma Modular Marfa Cost
The all-in cost for Ma Modular’s Marfa starts at $632,500, which includes all construction, site work, and delivery costs in Texas. The price of land is not included in this estimate, which could be quite high considering the rambling pavilion floor plan. Premium upgrades such as glass mosaics will also raise the all-in costs as well. The exact cost of site work, which accounts for half or more of all project costs, will also depend on the buyer’s location.
