A sibling company to Unity Homes, Bensonwood focuses more on custom homes with quality design features such as timber frames and mill work. Using a specialized wood-based panel system with cellulose insulation, Bensonwood is able to work on a wide range of designs and styles while still offering homes that can meet Passive House Standards and receive high levels of LEED certification.
Bensonwood does not offer all-inclusive services for home construction projects, but rather partner with a local contractor for site work services and utilities. They do offer construction project management services for projects within 300 miles of their Walpole, NH headquarters. This allows buyers a single point of contact for their home build project.
