WARNING: We've been covering this company for years and we have yet to see evidence of them producing homes, but they have been active in annoucing partnerships, factory ground breakings, and expansion plans. With that in mind, we would caution buyers to strongly do your dilligence on this company. We would be hesitant to engage with them commercially before we start seeing them delivering homes and we are able to verify positive experiences by buyers.
S2A Modular is a newly-founded designer and builder of luxurious, environmentally-friendly prefab homes. They are best known for building homes that are net-zero and high quality, yet still come at an affordable price point. Their mission is to use efficient building processes to help address California’s and the U.S.’ housing crisis. Their prefab homes feature advanced technology such as solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall. Additionally, prefabs from S2A Modular come with a high level of built-in connectivity and smart home features.
Homes are offered in a number of one and two story models with an additional option for fully-custom floorplans. Additionally, the styles offered range from traditional ranches to modern homes with over 3,000 square feet of living space. As a full-service company for California based buyers, S2A will assist in the transportation and installation of the home for buyers located within California. Additionally, their homes are built using fire resistant materials which is an added benefit for buyers located in wildfire-prone locales.
