After crafting blueprints and a budget plan, Custom Modular Direct works with a local manufacturer to gather materials, build the home, and guide buyers through the construction process. Buyers also get formal construction checklists, a schedule, and a list of experienced set crew subcontractors. Once the manufacturing process is complete, Custom Modular Direct coordinates the delivery and continues their project support after the module is set; however, the buyer must still work with third parties for manufacturing and assembly.
