EcoCraft Prices and Cost
Our cost estimates for a prefab home from EcoCraft range from about $190 - $250+ per square foot. These estimates are all inclusive, meaning that the cost of the home module, labor, and site work are included. This cost estimate is based on the stated $190 - $250 per square foot price of a home built within about 60 miles of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This cost includes a $12,500 allowance for utilities. However, the cost of land, upgrades, garages, hardscape, or any site-specific components such as demolition are not included in this estimate.
Within 60 miles of Pittsburgh, EcoCraft handles all phases of the build, including construction and site work. Buyers outside of EcoCraft’s operating area can participate in the ‘buy direct’ program. These ‘buy direct’ customers hire their own general contractor to complete site prep, foundation, permitting, outside buildings, and any finishing work. Modules cost $115 - $130+ per square foot, which includes a 100-mile delivery distance.
