The Method Homes Annata Series is made up of 2 pre-designed modular home floor plans, Annata II and Annata III. The Annata Series is a cooperative effort between Method Homes and Chris Prado Design. Both the Annata II and the Annata III feature modern, single-story floor plans with large windows and space for patios or decks. Interestingly, integrated PV solar panels are a standard feature of homes in the Annata Series. Beyond that, buyers have control over the finish options of their home. 

When it comes to total square footage, at 1,590 and 2,250 square feet respectively, the Annata II and Annata III fall in the middle of Method Homes’ pre-designed modular home offerings. And from a style standpoint, the Annata Series is similar to many of Method Homes’ other pre-designed homes, featuring modern design elements like large windows, cement and wood facades, and overhanging roofs.

Method Homes Annata Series Cost

With turn-key project costs in the $325 - $425+ per square foot range for completed projects from Method Homes, the Annata Series comes in at the upper-end of this range. The costs for a completed Annata Series home are closer to $400 per sqft. While the module costs for the Annata II and Annata III start at $350,000 and $495,000, turn-key cost estimates for the Annata II start at $640,000 and $900,000 for the Annata III. These estimates are all-inclusive, except the cost of land; however buyers looking for higher-end upgrades or customizations may face higher final project costs.

The Annata II is a 1,590 square foot modern ranch with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is part of a master suite with a walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom.

The Annata III, like the II, is a modern ranch, though with the addition of another module, it is slightly larger, at 2,250 square feet. It also includes an additional bedroom and bathroom, with 3 total bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Like the II, the Annata III also includes a master suite and garage.
