And as a manufacturer, outside builders can utilize Plant Prefab’s services to manufacture custom prefab homes in their large and environmentally friendly factory. This is a unique benefit to the prefab community as smaller architects now have access to a sustainable manufacturing facility. 

One final notable aspect of Plant Prefab is that they are funded by venture capital funds and private investors including the company, Amazon. This hasn’t had any obvious effects on their service yet and they aren’t the only Prefab company to be funded by venture capitalists.
