Tiny Mountain Houses Review
Tiny Mountain Houses is a designer and builder of prefab tiny homes based in Salem, Oregon. They currently offer 18 styles of mobile tiny homes with lengths ranging from 18 feet to 28 feet. All homes from Tiny Mountain are fully customizable. Their tiny homes typically feature either rustic or modern styles, with wide windows, glass doors, metal roofs, and LP siding with rough sawn trim. Home interiors from Tiny Mountain Houses usually come with laminate countertops, shaker cabinets, loft space, plus a mix of vinyl and pine (tongue and groove style) flooring. Most of their models come fully-finished with fixtures and appliances like electric heaters, cooktops, stainless steel refrigerators, and water heaters included. Off-grid options are also available, with all models including easy propane hookups.
Tiny Mountain Houses only offers travel trailers, with no park models or permanent foundations available. Homes are built in Tiny Mountain’s climate-controlled, indoor facility so homes aren’t exposed to the elements until they’re ready to ship. Homes come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. All appliances and fixtures are covered by manufacturer warranties. Once completed, tiny homes from Tiny Mountain Houses are shipped turn-key. Because homes do not require a foundation, site work is minimal if required at all, and may only require leveling the house.
